Complaints
If something went wrong, we want to know — and to put it right. Here is how to raise a complaint with SAT, and what to do if we can’t resolve it.
Step 1 · Tell us first
Contacting us first is usually the fastest way to a fix. Tell us what happened, what you expected, and how you would like it resolved. A specialist will review your case and reply with next steps.
Signed in? You can also open a support ticket from your dashboard, and your ticket number gives you a clear reference while we work on it.
Step 2 · Escalate to the OCC
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact the OCC Customer Assistance Group. Skye Allied Trust Bank, N.A. is a national bank chartered by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), and the OCC supervises our safety, soundness, and consumer-protection practices.
When you contact the OCC, include your name, account reference (if you have one), a summary of the complaint, and the response you received from SAT. This helps the OCC help you.
What happens next
We log it
Every complaint is recorded and assigned to a named owner — no ticket disappears into a queue.
We investigate
We review the account activity, the conversation history, and the policy that applies, then explain what we found in plain language.
We make it right
Where we got it wrong, we correct the account, refund any fee, and tell you what we changed so it doesn’t happen again.
