Report fraud
If you see a transaction you don’t recognize, or someone is asking for your PIN or card details, act now. Your first move is freezing the card — it takes seconds and stops further charges.
Someone is calling or emailing you right now?
SAT will never ask for your PIN, full card number, or one-time codes by phone or email. Hang up and call us directly at 1-800-240-1000.
1-800-240-1000What to do, in order
-
1
Freeze the card
From your account dashboard, open your cards and switch the card to frozen. New purchases stop immediately, including online ones. You can unfreeze it later if the charge turns out to be legitimate.
-
2
Tell us what happened
Call 1-800-240-1000 or email info@skyealliedtrust.com. Note the merchant name, amount, and date of the transaction, and whether it was online or at a terminal. If you are signed in, you can also open a secure support ticket from your dashboard.
-
3
We investigate and protect you
A specialist reviews the activity with you, disputes the unauthorized charges with the card network, and issues a replacement card. Under Visa® zero-liability rules, you are not responsible for unauthorized purchases. While a dispute is open, we also consider a provisional credit so you are not out of pocket.

Change your sign-in credentials
If anyone has seen your password or one-time codes, change your password and review your recent sign-ins from the security page. Enable two-factor authentication if it isn’t on yet.
Unsure if it’s fraud?
Common false alarms: a pending authorization that later posts for a different amount, a recurring subscription you forgot about, or a charge from a merchant trading under a different name. Calling us is always free — and if it is fraud, we want to hear about it immediately.
Still not satisfied?
If we cannot resolve your concern, you can escalate it. See the Complaints page for the OCC Customer Assistance Group.
